Support the first months
A well-designed journey is not enough if it stays on paper.
The first few weeks quickly produce gaps between the planned journey and reality.
Some juniors progress faster than expected. Others encounter an unexpected difficulty. Managers sometimes lack time or fall back on their habits.
The challenge, therefore, is also to support the implementation.
Work on the situations actually encountered
CoAct support does not involve regularly adding new training. It starts from experienced situations: prospecting, appointments, qualification, candidate interviews, proposal preparation, consultant management, relational difficulty, or priority arbitration. These situations become the raw material for development.
Support the junior and their manager
The junior's progression also depends on how their manager supports them. The work can therefore focus on both the practices of the Business Manager and those of their direct manager.
